OVERALL: 3.5/5 Am visiting from California, this boba place is better than the other boba in the area but is mediocre compared to what I'm used to. Ordered an Ohara oolong, 70 sweet & the oolong tea flavor wasn't strong. Tasted a bit too milky. Not enough boba & it was too soggy. Sister ordered the blossom assam with boba, full sweet. Boba was soggy and lacking as well. You might like this if you like lemon black tea. Employees were kind, but drinks took a bit longer to make especially for four drinks with four employees, and no one in front of us. We could also just be used to the efficiency in CA Interior is really pretty, Japanese esque & I enjoyed the vibes. Edit: I found a couple pieces of lychee jelly (?) in my drink that I didn't ask for!!

Nestled in Mt Plaza, this boba shop stands out not only for its delicious drinks but also for its authentic Japanese-inspired flavors. From matcha to black sesame and beyond, each boba creation is a delightful exploration of traditional Japanese tastes. The best if you're looking for actual TEA. I had a dark roasted oolong (not on menu but they will make it) half sweet, less ice with boba and it was delicious. No bitterness, great roasted flavor, and the honey boba is perfect too (slightly sweet, but not too flavored, and a soft consistency while remaining chewy). I look forward to trying more of their brewed teas - they even have the leaves in little containers so you can get an idea of flavor from the scent.

Cute and clean boba shop! Service was quick and friendly and there are so many drink options- from tea, boba and coffee. I ordered the "Bee Vietnamese Style Tea" and it was so delicious and refreshing, especially for a hot day in Austin! Would def come back and enjoy more

Drinks: some of the best boba tea in Austin with a large menu to try. During this visit I had the Austin signature tea with rainbow jelly. It was super refreshing. I did put light ice as an option and it did not feel light and I wish I could have controlled the sweetness level on this one. I tried a sip of the Thai tea that my mom had and it was not my favorite. Vibe: lots of places to sit and work with outlets. They have a a very fresh and clean atmosphere. I will say the bathroom is a bit off putting. The door is a few inches short in the door frame so you can hear and see into the main area of the store. No one can see in but it's a little odd for a store that has been in business for awhile.

I saw that this was a recommended boba shop for getting work done, so I came here to study with a friend. I got the Japanese mango kumquat green tea, which was so tasty and a perfect level of sweetness. It costs $0.95 to add honey boba to an already pricey drink, but the drinks are large and you can tell they are of high quality. The staff were kind and helpful as I chose from their vast drink menu. There is wifi, outlets, and really beautiful decorations. I adore the origami paper crane tree. There is a really cute shoes-off lounge area with sunflower decor. It was at times very quiet and also sometimes very noisy when we came on a Sunday afternoon, but I enjoyed studying here. There is plenty of parking in the Chinatown plaza.

I usually like to visit a place more than once before leaving a review...but this place blew me away on first visit and cannot see myself leaving anything less than 5 stars! interior design - very welcoming, warm, and with a little sunflower section for lounging I guess? Can't speak to its usefulness but hey, it's a vibe! service - fantastic! The workers were more than happy to answer my questions and help me customize my drink. But on to what really counts - the drinks! There were so many interesting flavors, but I ended up picking the Japanese Mango Kumquat Green Tea with honey boba. The barista told me that it was a great balance of sweet and tang, and she was not wrong! Great refreshing taste with just the right amount of sweetness. And the boba was chewy and deliciously honey flavored. Partner got the Vietnamese Coffee, which was also right on the money. Strong bold coffee flavor, sweetened just right to balance the bitterness. A+. no notes.

we tried the G1 Hong Kong milk tea, 50% sweet light ice and G5 Ohara Oolong milk tea with honey boba 75% sweet light ice. We loved everything -- the strong tea flavor, the milkiness, and the sweetness. Everything was just right. The varieties of teas are on the counter for you to sniff. Everything is made with fresh loose leaf tea. Cute Japanese seating. Ten out of five stars.

Got the austin signature and the thai tea, both had really good flavor and boba quality. However it is a bit pricey. I would say the austin signature is good but nothing special; would not order again. Service is very easy, can order in person or there is a convenient ipad which I like. Seems like a place a lot of vietnamese locals come to which made me happy. They play some BANGERS here. But the music do be kinda loud just fyi. Nice ish place to study.
